What is your turnaround time?
Your images and single-property website are sent to you the day after your photoshoot!
Do you offer services other than just real estate photography?
Absolutely! We offer aerial photography and video, Matterport 3D tours, 360° Panoramas, floor plans and more!
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel or reschedule your shoot anytime before 5:00PM the day before the shoot without a fee. If you reschedule after 5PM the day before the shoot, or the day of the shoot, there is a 25% cancellation fee (of the total price excluding discounts/travel fees).
Do I need to be present at the time of the shoot?
Theres no need for you to be present, as long as our photographers have access to the property! If you`d like to leave a note for your photographer regarding an order, you can add any notes while ordering your listing photography online.
How should we get the property ready for the shoot?
We want the property to look its best just as much as you do! We send you a pre-shoot checklist that provides helpful tips for you and your homeowner.
